Berea PEST CONTROL SERVICES, with office located at 18 Saint Bernadette St., JPA Subdivision, Muntinlupa City, was established in May 2011 by Mr. Pedro “Pete” M. Guevarra III.
Pete Guevarra is a certified pest control operator who trained extensively on General Pest and Termite control in Singapore and Malaysia. His successful practice in pest control operations covers the following customer groups: 5-Star Hotels, Restaurants and Coffee Shops, Supermarkets and Office Spaces, and Residential Properties.
Berea PEST CONTROL SERVICES is a family managed company. Pete’s wife, Maybelle C. Guevarra serves as head of Finance and Administration.
Berea PEST CONTROL SERVICES’ main goal is to control pests by using the best control methods after carefully considering each method’s safety, effectiveness, cost, and effect on non-target organisms and the environment. Our integrated approach involves:

Berea PEST CONTROL SERVICES cover the following:
1.TERMITE CONTROL which is very essential to the structural stability of the property.
•Soil Poisoning Service (Pre-Construction). Covers the application of insecticides to
kill termites and other insects to avoid early spoil of the wood used in construction.
•Soil Poisoning Service (Post-Construction). Injection of chemical around the perimeter
of the structure to poison the soil.
•Indoor / Above-Ground Termite Control.
Installation of Baits. Termite baits are strategically placed in the area where termite invaded the walls or furniture. They will eat the bait and share it with the rest of the termites in the colony, and it will eventually kill them.
Spraying. Chemicals are directly sprayed to visible termite breeding area to instantly kill them.
2.GENERAL PEST CONTROL SERVICES
•Indoor Residual Spraying. The careful process of spraying the inside of dwellings with an insecticide to kill pesky insects. A dilute solution of insecticide is sprayed on the inside walls of certain types of dwellings.
•Misting. Even distribution of chemicals through the use of a mister to kill flying insects.
•Installation of Traps. Traps are used to monitor or directly reduce insect populations.
•Gel Baiting. Gel baits are applied in critical areas near roaches or ants dwelling.
