Responsibilities:
The Client Service Specialist – Front desk will man and maintain the Reception area; interface with clients and visitors; operate the PABX system and handle mail, calls and messages; and be responsible for the courier and equipment rental services offered by the Business Center, following guidelines and standard procedures with responsibility for maintaining utmost confidentiality of information at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Front Desk activities - greet clients/guests and receive/document incoming mail/deliveries.
2.PABX system, ensuring all telephone procedures are efficiently handled.
3.Business service requests from in-house and walk-in clients
4.Fax machine operation
5.Snack and beverage service
6.Courier Services as a FedEx/Air 2100 agent (attendance in a 5-day FedEx/Mail and More training program will be arranged).
7.Supervision of delivery / messenger requirements
8.Equipment Rental Services
9.Secretarial support (Word processing, scanning, organize and maintain paper and electronic files, calendar, make travel arrangements, etc.)
10.Office/pantry supplies and equipment consumables.
11.Front Desk Sales Fund
12.Handle other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by superior.

Skills Required:

* Highly people and service oriented with strong interpersonal skills, initiative, flexibility and resourcefulness
* Professional demeanor and capability to function efficiently in a team environment
* Proficiency in English - written and verbal communications – with good/clear voice quality and diction, excellent phone skills and phone etiquette
* Above average computer skills (MS Office suite/email/scanning/CD burning, etc.)
* Excellent organizational skills with ability for multi-tasking, to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure with minimum supervision
* Good working knowledge of general office procedures and equipment (fax, photocopier, etc.)
* Highly trainable with the potential to grow and carry additional responsibilities in the future, eventually moving into a supervisory position
* Personable, smart-looking and well-mannered
* Single female between 20 – 30 years of age preferred
* College degree in any relevant field (Business management, IT, HRM, etc.) |
